a good friday
Congrats to Sammie and Hannah on graduating! Convocation was much shorter than ours and very nice, even if the keynote speaker had a difficult time pronouncing some words. And the company I had at the ceremony was, to quote Ari, not too shabby either.
May I reiterate from an earlier blog...it is interesting and also blows me away sometimes (ok, today) that the things that we maybe take for granted or don't really think are anything are really quite amazing. Maybe Dorothy was right when she decided not to go looking further than her own backyard.
I had a most lovely day.

Tis true, my glow worm. You deserve 100 more lovely days...and then 1 ok day, and then 100 more. May be a bad week after that, but only to make the lovely even more so;)
you have teeth? so if i want to figure out who posted this comment, really, i can only rule out a bunch of people under the age of 6 or 7 months, a bunch of people who are much older, or a bunch of people who don't go to the dentist.
glad to see you're still up, too. sorry to see you can't sleep, either. and thanks for the lovely day wishes.
I have hair too.
I think I've had enough crappy days to last a lifetime of conscious appreciation for every lovely day that crosses my path.
Looking forward to seeing you today....
Wonderful surprises abound! Twas a VERY good day. One that I won't forget. I am blessed to know you. Thank you more than you know. Much love to you my kindred spirit...
Im assuming that this is not quite postable...;) but I needed to say it
wow...so apparently radha is the only one who will use her own identity here. hmmmm...

i want to thank jill for being an awesome friend and mentor. you have helped me though the last year of nursing school and have brought me to this day...even encouraged me to attend convocation, which i'm quite happy i did. :) thank you for everything...i only hope to be as amazing of a nurse as you are! yes, you are amazing, not only as a nurse but as a mother and a friend. thank you!
wait a minute...jill is sammie's mother?!?
ok, i can see how you'd think that from her comment. but put down the peace pipe cuz i might be old but you know i'm not old enough to have kids who are graduating from nursing school.
